Notorious Teaze is a High Quality, Eco Friendly, Screen Printing Company based in Beautiful Santa Cruz, California.  We use long lasting and vibrant non-toxic textile inks, as well as the latest biodegradable cleaning supplies and chemicals; Notorious Teaze is on the cutting edge of healthy screen printing. Setting high standards for sustainable practices enables us to incorporate healthier and higher quality screen printing techniques. Our Textile Inks

When Notorious Teaze first began in the fall of 2006, we started with water-based textile inks.  Even though these inks are non-toxic, they were not very opaque or bright (especially on dark shirts), and more difficult to use.  As 2008 was approaching, we started experimenting with the new Ortho-Phthalate Free plastisol inks.  These inks look and act great on all colors of garment.  They are very opaque, easy to work with, and great at printing detailed artwork.  AND they are Non-Carcinogenic and Non-Toxic – Free of heavy metals and solvents!

We use only high quality, environmentally friendly inks.

Starting in 2011, we found a new eco-friendly water-base ink called Matsui 301 Eco-Series that is much brighter and easier to work with then what we found in the past.  So Notorious Teaze is now offering Matsui 301 Eco-Series as well as our phthalate-free plastisol inks!  Please Note:  We use our eco-friendly plastisol inks as our default ink.  Also, we only print water-base on light-colored garments.  Please let us know if you’d like water-base.
